Don't hesitate to dive right into the discussions. If some of the veterans around here give you a hard time initially, don't take it personally. Some of them are just grumpy in general.
And we always love having folks from Cali on here to bring some perspective from outside the Mid-Atlantic bubble. There are some who I wonder if they have ever experienced anything west of Atlanta.
