I am trying to upload some pictures to FF and cannot get the links from Imageshack to work correctly. Any pointers?

does the image address you're using end in .jpg? Sometimes they don't give you direct links.

It actually ends in .jpg/ . I took the "/" of the end thinking that would do the trick but it didn't.

If you click on the thing on the right at that address that says "embed this image" it gives you a few things of bbcode and if you look at it the "actual" address is in there

I feel like an idiot but I do not see the embed code.
