As football season ends we always see a very noticeable decline in member participation and web traffic. I'd like to see that change a bit this year.

We are looking for people willing to be content facilitators/moderators

What does this mean? Exactly what it says. Finding content and trying to facilitate good conversations. The moderation piece is minor as our philosophy has always been less moderation but from time to time a little needs to be done to prevent things going out of control.

In the coming year my work schedule is going to increase quite a bit so I would love to have a hand or two willing to help in these areas.
