LCA’s Drablos to sign at LU

Liberty Christian Academy senior Jon Drablos will sign an NCAA National Letter of Intent to continue his track and field career at Liberty University this Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. in LCA’s Upper school conference room. Drablos, the younger brother of former Seminole District pole vault champion Josh Drablos, a Jefferson Forest graduate, recently won the pole vault title in the Virginia Independent Conference meet by clearing 15 feet. He and teammate Cody Bingham, who already committed to LU as a decathlete, will compete in that event at the Virginia Independent Schools state meet at Richmond’s Sports Backer Stadium on May 21.
