I was thinking we should keep all three rankings (TSN poll, coaches poll, & GPI) posted in one spot as the season progresses since this could impact our playoff participation. Thus far only the TSN poll has been released.

We need to finish in the top 16 when all 3 are averaged out to be assured of a playoff spot.

So, we're technically 29th in the coaches. Not too bad.

I don't think that coaches poll has been updated yet. All of the point totals are the same from last week.

If YSU is still ranked when the polls come out, something is wrong.

Yes, there is. And I have a huge problem dropping Eastern Washington nine spots for a seven-point loss at Colorado in which the Eagles led in the fourth quarter. Poor, poor job by the poll board on that one.

I don't know about this poll. According to the early rankings LU as a #12 just edged out a 3-point win over the #68. A scary omen for the rest of the year if you put any real validity into his numbers.

Yeah! Is YSU really a # 49? Don't let our players see this.

Remember, polls are just that, a poll. I don't care how much science you surround it with, a poll is subjective, thus, not a science. :?

As stupid as that poll is (UNH got a #1 vote), it means a lot because we get such little respect there.

Cider, the polls that count (TSN & coach’s) haven’t been released yet. In the AGS poll we weren’t ranked last week. Also, our very own Beej votes in the AGS poll.
