As we inch closer to the season opener against NGU, I thought it was time for us to begin focusing on the game.

Analysis: NGU is doing what is within its power to schedule up as if they intend to step up to Division I when the moratorium is over. In addition to playing us, they have CSU, PC and USD on their schedule in addition to DII powerhouse North Alabama. My guess is much of this scheduling was done as the Crusaders were coming off their 10-2 season in 2006. They received a big time reality check in 2007 despite putting up some eye-popping offensive numbers posting 40.2 points and 509 yards a game. They used a fairly balanced run-pass balance. On the other side of the ball they were a total disaster and we should be able to run & pass at will on them.

Yeah we should roll. Can't wait to get on the field though. I am really looking forward to seeing our offense in action; we have so many weapons. The only question concerning this game is how much will we win by, and hopefully no additional injuries.

Would be nice to get our first glimpse at Mike Brown from under center.

Couldn't they have gotten a picture of their star player with his eyes open?

If this board had rep points, you'd be at -30 right now.

I'm married. My wife knows that I’m going to the games unless something tragic happens. We just got notice from her cousin that there was a birthday party being held for her child’s 1st birthday on Sept 6 at 4pm.. She knew right away, sorry we can’t make it!

Just devote 9 months of the year to doing whatever she wants and going wherever she wants to go, and then asking for 6-7 Saturdays doesn’t seem so bad.

Already do that. There something like a brand new baby though that she loves. And he is being dedicated.
