They got the right man for the job. Coaching is so important in college sports. Night and day. That's why I never would keep a losing coach around more than a few seasons. It's always their fault in the long run. You just waste years waiting for magic to happen. If a team looks sloppy and lacks discipline it's the coach. Always.

This news made the front page of the Myrtle Beach newspaper Saturday. Not just front of the sports section; it was in the margin at the top of the front page. Coastal fans aren't thrilled -- should make for an interesting game.

They may not be thrilled but it is what it is. Anyone who wouldn't pick us to win the league title would be fooling themselves.
