Various upgrades to Liberty Athletics facilities are happening this summer. July 9, 2008

As the summer continues, a variety of different athletics facility upgrades are taking place on Liberty Mountain. Below is a list by facility of different upgrades that have been completed, or will take place before the students return in August.

A couple of things:

Why does the football stadium need another scoreboard? Why not upgrade what we have now.


I thought that the Vines Center was supposed to have all of the chairback seats replaced.

Need to add more seats to Williams Stadium since our average attendence is around 14K but that could be expensive and maybe part of the 5 year plan.

Anyway it is nice to see that improvements are being made accross the board.
