Name: Rashad Jennings (Transfer from Pittsburgh)
College: Liberty Number: 36
Height: 6-1 Weight: 235
Position: RB Pos2:
Class/Draft Year: rSr/2009
40 Time: 4.52 40 Low: 4.43 40 High: 4.65
Projected Round: 6-7 Stock:
Rated number 14 out of 169 RB's 207 / 2451 TOTAL

Looks like right about where I thought he would be. His height, weight, and speed alone should get him drafted, not to mention the ridiculous numbers he put up last season.

Matt Lambros? He's caught 3 passes in 3 years.

We have as many on their list (11) as some pretty good BCS programs.

I'm honored to be considered so highly as a 46 year old man, but I think they are talking about "Mike" Godsil.

He has worn #3, but I think he's changing to #23. I don't know where 36 came from.

That's a good point. If I'm not mistaken, it's up to the SID's from the players respective schools to submit the information to these draft scouts which would include complete player stats and player news.

Believe me when I say that NFL scouts have been on many of our guys for a while now. Most are not just SIDs promotions, but have been scouted in games and practice last year. 29 out of the 32 teams have been in person to scout last year. They obviously were checking out Stephen, Vince, Eddie, Stevie Ray, Wynton, etc., but were also checking guys way down the road. That's another great benefit for recruitment of high caliber athletes to Liberty.

Speaking of new faces, a new 6'5, 387 lb. defensive end in camp?

Yes. The scouts do the scouting. I'm not talking about the scouts. I'm talking about the sights that draft experts use. Scouts don't submit info to these draft experts.

I doubt that the SID's have anything to do with that. I also doubt that nfldraftscout.com has anything to with the NFL. The writers for these run-of-the-mill sports websites just look at the rosters and start listing seniors with wildly varying degrees of accuracy. This would explain why Lambros is listed for us and why anyone at all is listed for VMI.

You may be right. They have Grayson Mullins listed for us and he dropped out of school prior to spring practice.

The guy listed from VMI didn't even play football last year.

Also, look at the actual ranking. If it's 999 out of 164 that means the player hasn't even been evaluated and is just on the list cause he's a senior.

I got into Lynchburg today and got to meet Asa......what a giant......and a confident and polite young man. Can't wait to see him play, as I hear he can dunk a basketball with ease.
