The big names coming out of Brookville High School in Lynchburg, Va., are tight end Logan Thomas and Zack McCray, a 2010 athlete that could play on offense or defensive, however offensive lineman Devin Bolling is quietly collecting a bunch of offers and picking up momentum for the summer camp circuit.
Devin Bolling, a 6-foot-5, 265-pound offensive guard from Brookville High School is now holding written scholarship offers from Marshall, Richmond, ECU, Ohio, Liberty, Connecticut and Hampton and with camp season coming around he is pretty confident he’ll continue adding to that list. We caught up with him recently to get a walk through of his recent recruiting activity.
“Marshall offered me after camping there June 7th,” Bolling said. “The camp went really well and the weight room and facilities were pretty nice. I liked that the coaching staff was very family oriented and felt comfortable on campus. I want to take an official visit there to check out what game day is like there.”

Grayshirt means a prospect that signs a letter of intent in February, but doesn't report in the fall with his teammates. He delays entry to college until midyear, like in January. (at least this is what i think...and how i understood it.)

That's likely what is being mentioned in this case. However, a player can also grayshirt by graduating high school early and enrolling in the college in the spring before his technical freshman year.
Devin now holds offers from BC, UConn, South Carolina, Virginia Tech, East Carolina and Richmond ...

Wake Forest continues to monitor top prospects from throughout the country to determine which prospects would fit best in their 2009 football class. One prospect that has caught the eye of the Deacon staff in recent months is an offensive lineman from just up the road in Lynchburg, Virginia.
