Alot of Universities have many great traditions and nicknames for their sports and facilities. LU has the furnace for basketball, but that's about it. Interested in hearing ideas for a nickname for Williams Stadium and creative ideas on traditions it would be great to see established by LU Football and other sports too. (Obviously, winning is a great tradition, so we'll get that one out the way.) I'll start...
Nickname for Williams Stadium:
The Firepit
The Cauldron

I like Transportation Stadium because in any given game, at any given time, you will have planes, trains, and automobiles going by.

what would you have done if you hadn't found this website? It seems like you've been holding this stuff in for quite some time. I can just picture you in your room on a typewriter typing all of this out in the fashion much like Jack Nicholson in the Shining.

Or John Nash from "A Beautiful Mind"

Remember when he had all the clippings cut out and pasted on his wall in the garage?
