A junior at East Burke High School in Morganton NC, who is 16 yrs old, 6'4" 255 fullback and defensive end. He averaged 5.7 yd per carry, 1209 total yards for the season and scored 19 tds. He had gotten his first offer from Clemson who wants to make him an offensive line man, he wants to play defensive end. He is a athlete, also a wrestler(10 ad 0 this year in matches). I believe who made it to the state finals as soph and also on the track team, discus thrower who went to state I believe.
Againist Independence High School in the playoffs this year he had 160 yards, their coach say that "boy is a man", Independence has won the state championship the last seven years and lost in the finals this year. His name is Tyler Shatley

The coaches may already know about him. You could always send an email to one of them though, since their emails are on the web...

I would imagine sending an email would be the quickest way.

There are a few on here that work with the football team closely, which they may pass on the word as well.

255 for an offensive lineman seems kind of small to me?

In high school youre probably not gonna have a lot of 300 pound kids playing offensive line. When I broadcast high school football this semester, that's something I noted when I looked over the rosters of the teams. I mean you will have some but a lot of kids are going to be in the 250-270 range since they play both ways in the trenches.

The kid is 16, read all the info......thats not small for that age.

Clemson thinks he will hit 270 lbs by the time he graduate from high school, that is why they want him at offensive line
