Liberty University Head Football Coach Danny Rocco mans the Salvation Army bell at Wal-Mart on Wards Road on Wednesday afternoon. For the last six years, student athletes and athletic faculty and staff have given their time to ring the bell for the Salvation Army.

"It's for a great cause," said Director of Spiritual Development and Liberty Football Chaplain Ed Gomes.

"It's a way to get behind a worthy organization that does so much for so many and a way to say thank for all the support we've received from the community."
