I know we have a Spring Practice thread, but I thought it would be good to have a thread about the game and everything that is going on April the 29th....
Also we just nailed down that we are doing a 1 hour tailgate show from Noon-1PM on 90.9FM... We are in the process of putting together all the segments right now as we speak!!! The big question is, Is PAMEDIC going to be able to make the trip down for the game?

I'll be w/ ya in spirit- maybe even listen in: and I expect a shout out on the first broadcast of the Rocco era!

I heard the announcement for the game on WRVL. It is good to hear that they are trying to promote this game. I think they said they have some type of BBQ they will be selling at the game for $5. Good to hear we will have a hour long pregame. I wish we would have longer pregame during the regular season. Hopefully we will have a good turnout.

Hopefully, you won't have to wait long. I'm told they'll make the announcement this afternoon. The powers that be don't mind me hypin' stuff but leakin' stuff is another matter.

I've never gone to a spring game, but looking forward to this one, anyone know if there's a cost to get in?

I think Rocco may be mentioning it right now at the LUAA luncheon.
(Sorry I'm no in attendance. I'm only 31. I won't be old to qualify as a member for another 20 years.)

OK, Chris Lang's probably hearing it right now.
At halftime of the Spring Game, a new award for Most Improved Player will be handed out. Said award will be named after and, this year, presented by Sam Gado.

Great, it's free. Now I can use that money to help buy either some BBQ or some new Flames gear if either the bookstore or Universal T's is there.

I didn't hear it (couldn't make it to the luncheon) but good to know. I'll ask Danny about it at practice tomorrow, especially now that this All N&A wrestling stuff is done. Whew.

No idea if we'll be setting up shop there...but if Universal is, more than likely we will be there too (since our general merch manager is intent on being everywhere they are on campus)...I however will be in Baltimore watching the Orioles and Seahawks play each other.

ATrain, my man. You know better than this. You're a budding sportswriter, for crying out loud.

I don't see where it's been mentioned on here, but in convo yesterday Coach Rocco mentioned that admission would be free and barbecue would be provided by Sodexho for free as well.

The BBQ is only free for students. For any others it'll be $5.
