Not to punch jabs at the athletic department here but I just don't really care for the championship shirts. I'm not trying to start any negativity here especially after yesterday's accomplishments, but can someone like SJ or prototype make some decent championship shirts that we can order. I remember when I was in school, I wasn't that impressed with 2004 basketball shirts either when they won. It seems like they just iron a logo to the shirt and tried to make some money off it. Like making a shirt that's gray or navy blue and put something small on the front (Logo) and put something like the schedule and results on the back of the shirt. 11$ for shipping seems extremely crazy as well. Like I said, i'm not trying to throw jabs at anyone or sound like granda gustafason, just not a fan of the new shirts.

Does anyone have a highlight video of the year yet?

Many designs were submitted to the athletic department by different people for the shirt. That is the one they chose. By the way, it is screen-printed, not an iron-on. Plus, they had to get printed quickly. Most t-shirt places have white shirts in stock & have to order a navy or a red in the quantities we needed. Thus, the white shirts.

and now complaints about a t-shirt??.....cmon i do not even remember a hoops t-shirt made when we won the big south. i am thankful we have these.

I bought one of the shirts from the 04 basketball season... they weren't that bad, plus, I figured I'd get one because who knows when the next time they'd be in the tournament. As long as we have a championship shirt, no complaints here.

It's a championship shirt. As long as it's spelled correctly, who cares what it looks like?

Yes the LU bookstore has them. I saw them there today when I went shopping there for their "Terrific Tuesdays" sales. I didn't see how much the cost just because I already have one but they were on a rack front and center. Can't miss 'em!

the bookstore actually had the shirts thursday before the game. for some reason that was supposed to be huge hush-hush. i guess whoever "they" is, just wanted it to be a surprise. but yeah, the good ole bookstore has 'em.

So SJ, you gonna put together a video encompassing the entire season anytime soon?

You tell me how any college students would have enough time to watch through 11 game tapes and pull out the highlights during the last two weeks of school. Really, name one college student taking a full load that doesn't have a ton of stuff coming up right after break. Common sense, BJ. It's a great thing.

You want a highlight video? Go back and watch the ones from different games and imagine it's one big video. Just don't lose the ball.
