That's right boys, no matter what happens, we can do no worse than share the Big South Championship this year.

It was the goal, and it was achieved (almost, still need a win against GW to stand alone)!

No, it has not been achieved. We're only guaranteed a partial championship. We don't want to share.

I was being upbeat :P

But I have confidence in the boys taking care of business at GW and earning it outright.

Sharing is for little kids and their toys. Big boys don't like to share their hardware. BEAT GW.

I paid to watch the GWebb vs. CCU game. Not too impressed with GWebb.

Is this a letdown, meaning would we have rather faced G-W undefeated?

as someone said on another thread... we don't want no stinkin' Co-Championship.

In a sense, yes. It makes our win over CCU look that much better, so in the end it didn't really matter. Just would have been nice to take on a 3-0 team for the championship, I guess.

Not necessarily. It takes some pressure off of us knowing we'll share the championship no matter what, but we definitely don't want to share with GWU and CCU. We need a win this Saturday.

It's not a let-down at all. If we lose next week, and CCU wins, it's a 3-way tie. We don't want that. We want to win outright.

I think PC is going to mix it up next year.

uh- they lost to CSU yesterday

If by "mix it up" you mean, "beat the bottom feeders of the conf" then, yes- I would agree :D

seriously- I didn't see them beating CCU this season but VMI wasn't a shock. Unless you're a Keydet.

They may mix it up, but they won't be counting in the standings yet....not until the 2011 season.
