I think this game is gonna get ugly. senior day, our offense is clicking and VMI has proven to have a weak defense.

Don't care about the score, as long as we win and score a lot of points. What I'm really wanting to see is our attendance go over the 15,000 mark--in a stadium that only seats 12 thousand.

I'm not quite ready to put a score on it yet, but I think the guys will come out ready like they did against Coastal last Saturday. It took us three plays to score on our first drive, and although it was a pretty good game I think that really shocked them. The thing is, none of these teams is used to seeing this level of Liberty football. If we can come out quick, get a quick TD, and get the Bill rocking, then it could get ugly. The option offense that VMI runs pulls from the Wing T as well, but both are prone to turnovers due to the high-amount of exchanges. I think we see 3+ turnovers Saturday from a defense eager to shut down the Keydets. The offense should have another good day, scoring no less than 32 points.

Finally, I hope the attendance sets an all-time record. This season has been a record-breaking season for Liberty football. In terms of support, financial contributions, flames club members, attendance, and a win Saturday gives us an 8 game home winning streak - the longest in LU history and one of the best in the nation. The Bill is becoming a terrible place for opponents to play, and this should be no different on Saturday. My only hope is that half the lazy-a student body can get out of bed before 1 to come to the game. Attendace will be right under 16K.

Everyone should get up early for GMTM's pancakes. For what he lacks in the spelling department, he more than makes up for with his cooking. :tailgate

Unfortunately I don't think you'll see that last prediction, NSL.

But I agree that both Rashad and Zach can have monster days.

Unfortunately, at least as of Tuesdays press conference, it looks highly doubtful if Wynton will play this week. He has a strained hamstring, and with that type of injury it's hard to really make an explosive burst of speed, which is what Wynton's game is all about. Probably better for him to try to get healthy for Gardner-Webb.

VMI 13 (we block a FG attempt)

ATTENDANCE: 16,230

Last game, VMI will travel well....It'll be a crowd.

VMI won't stop our offense. Vince Redd will stop their offense.

It'll be a big day.

Our offense will roll. VMI should rack up about 250 yards on the ground to keep the score from gettting too out of hand.
