Weather.com: High of 69, 30% chance of rain
Accuweather.com: High of 76, Intervals of clouds and sunshine with a shower possible
National Weather Service: High of 69, 70% chance of rain

Basically, no one has any clue what's going to happen.

I just had this conversation with my dad the other day. We need the rain so bad, and I'm fine with it raining every day EXCEPT for the next 4 saturdays.

See, it's still weird, because Weather.com has dropped it to a 10% chance of rain on Saturday and Accuweather is saying partly sunny.

Intellicast is saying partly cloudy in the AM and sunny in the PM...

...interesting that the only dissenting opinions are the NWS and the N&A.

I just got done watching the Weather Channel forecast for the US on Saturday, only rain in Va is on the coastline.

Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers in the morning...then mostly sunny in the afternoon. Not as cool with highs in the upper 60s. Light and variable winds...becoming west around 10 mph in the afternoon. Chance of rain 50 percent.
50/50!? That's not helpful at all.

Its looking better by the hour for Saturday afternoon.

For the record, this drizzle is miserable.

It is and it isn't. We and the folks due South of here need this water badly. It's the answer to a lot of prayers, I'm sure.

Looks like we are going to get the "best of both worlds"; MUCH NEEDED rain, clearing up just in time for perfect football weather!!

I can't even imagine. I couldn't believe either team was passing as much as they did--that ball had to weigh triple it's normal weight.

I enjoy a good football in the rain but that was rough.

They were constantly changing out those footballs and had them under towels until they reached the field....who knows how many they went thru but i can't imagine the weight being that significant with all that passing.
