ok everyone, we have had a long time since our last tailgate, so it's time to get it going this saturday for homecoming. i plan on being out there at 8am, serving a light breakfast and then to some regular tailgate food. i also have a cornhole set now, so with that and hillbilly golf we have plenty of activity. im smelling a golf and cornhole tournament!! please let me know if you are going to make it, who you may be bringing, and don't forget the $5 cover. it will be good to see everyone and to welcome sly back to the burg!

I'll be there with ya, at 8am. The woman will be joining me but not until later on.

I will be there with some former hoopsters probably. I may be a little sore from the alumni game to get up that early though...I gotta get down to the Vines Center to watch the scrimmage too. Should be a fun day! Sly, can't wait to see you and the Mrs. Is Medic coming too?

Sly may be tired after spending Friday imparting his journalistic wisdom to the LU undergrads...at least according to the poster I saw with his mug on it over in DeMoss.

My parents will be in town for the first LU homecoming experience. I'm not sure how much of the day I can spend with you guys, but it will at least be some of it. Might just be me and my dad dropping by before we meet up with our women folk.

I will try to "borrow" one of the fliers featuring Sly "now a communications consultant" Fox and scan it.

I am going to be so busy that whole morning since the radio station will be having our fundraiser which ends Saturday right before the parade, then some will be in the parade...I am going to try to at least stop by and say hello before the game...who knows....I am excited about it...It would be great to see the 20,000 fans people keep talking about...either way, its felt like forever since the last home game...I am excited...should be fun

no good for me this time fellas- first one I've missed in 3 yrs. Oh well- we're getting closer to baby time and MrsPA doesnt want to travel that far.

One quick silly question. Do they still use the nice travel mugs at the concession stands. Last year, I was amazed to see those as stadium cups.

Ab, they have the travel mug size, or you can upgrade to one they call the "Gorilla" that literally holds a whole GALLON of drink.

that REALLY large one is a 2 restroom visit size.
