OK here's where folks beat me up!

I've been agonizing over the remaining schedule. I have argued with myself whether or not to post this and the realistic side of me decided it was a go.
At this point I see a finish of 7-4 for this team. There is an outside shot of 8-3 though.
Here's how I break it down from my world:
St. Francis is a Win, at Toledo I see as a loss, at Charleston Southern is a win. Presbyterian is a win, VMI is a win, and here's where most of you will disagree but I see a split 1-1 between the Coastal and Gardner Webb games.
Go ahead throw grenades, but a Message board is supposed to be a place for Opinions.

There's nothing wrong with that prediction. G-W is playing good right now and they throw the ball well. With the way our pass defense has been, I can see how people would think that could be a loss.

So I guess we will be renaming the year to "Average to good" after all.
Next year we can start over with "good to great". Wait, I'm talking next year, what am I a Cub fan?

I'm pretty sure we'll have to score a TD every possesion if we want to beat GW.

Quite a bit can change between now and then.
Conceivably, we could be better on both side of the ball by then

7-4 is what I've been feeling, as well.

There is nothing wrong with adjusting expectations based on the results of the first four games. I see it similarly, knucklehead. Although there is no game on the schedule that I am ready to write off as a loss quite yet. But the ones you mentioned have me most concerned as well.

7-4 looks likely, right now... 8-3 if we get it together and finish strong.

I hold to the feeling, that by time we play GW, we will have our stuff straightened out. 8-3. First ever Big South Championship.

Can't disagree with that. Seems likely.

I really am a lifelong Cubs fan so I am used to this.

I agree with 7-4 maybe even 6-5 if we can't get it together. I would be thrilled at this point with 8-3.
