Well-placed sources inside Heavens SID's offices have newly-appointed Athletic Director Jerry Falwell lobbying his boss to let him parachute into Williams Stadium in Lynchburg next Saturday to deliver the 07 season-opening game ball. If return transportation can be arranged, serious consideration is being given to the AD's request. Stay tuned for further developments.


Sorry, I was just dreaming there for a minute and had to share it with others. Hope we do something nice to honor The Big Guy. Only 7 more days and we will be celebrating our first win of the year. Can't come soon enough for me.

No, but traveling there tomorrow pm and I would say it is at least an even bet, I will by this time tomorrow night. You know you have to drink something besides water while there, so I always do my part.

I'll bet the helado is awesome down there this time of year ... especially the mamey flavor they sell on the streets.

Just thinking about Guad has me wishing I could back down there again soon. I love the colonial cities in the mountains even though you are surrounded by all of those red & white striped shirts.
