Have any taken root for any of the LU players, i.e. do we have a "Rocket" Ishmael or a Jerome "Bus" Bettis yet?
I noticed on one of the other threads, someone tossed out Ryan "Bonecrusher" Grieser...
...has flamefans been able to assimilate this or any others into the LUnatic/Red Sea Nation lexicon?

Greiser's won't stick.
The only main ones are for Crawford (J-Five), Lawrence (T-Bone), and Duffey (Chuck D.

[George wants the nickname "T-Bone"]
George Costanza: Ladies and gentlemen, I have an announcement. From now on, I will be known as...
Kruger: Koko the Monkey.

JERRY: Hey, T-bone!
GEORGE: No. No T-bone.
JERRY: No T-bone?
KRAMER (from bathroom): Hey, is that T-bone?!
JERRY: No! There's no T-bone!
KRAMER: Well, why no T-bone?!
JERRY: Why no T-bone?
GEORGE: 'Cause Neil Watkins from accounting is T-bone!

Love that episode! Fun-ny! This is the type of info we need to know about this team though. Nicknames have to be earned most times though. Maybe we can come up with some good ones. That is hard to do though. None of us are Chris Berman

Then how about Stevie Ray "The Sky is Crying" Lloyd?
I can Flood you with a zillion ideas. But I'd be left standing caught in the crossfire.
OK, enough cheesy puns ... but wasn't that the point of the thread?

If we're going to go with cheesier alliteration, then you could go:
Rashad "The Wrecker" Jennings
Zach "The Torpedo" Terrell
or
Noah "Iceman" Greenbaum for cheesy Top Gun references

A little "Double Trouble" if you will.
I guess Houston is SRV territory as well. I guess you're only about 2-3 hours from Austin.

I spent over six years living in Austin before moving to Houston. SRV's statue overlooks Town Lake and I heard SRV at a 6th Street location back in the day.
But you are dating yourself by recognizing my old school musical references, dox.

Yea, I am dating my self with that one.
I would have loved to have seen him perform on his home turf in Austin. That experience must have been something special. I did happen to catch a glimpse of his monument by lake in Austin once.
