The 06 highlight video has been put on the multimedia page of the official site. It's the high-quality version and is broken down into three sections. It's a very good video.

These are the greatest things I've ever seen. If these don't get you excited. You don't like football.

Edit: These need to be played in Convocation. The wednesday before the first game.

For some reason, and I have yet to figure out why, whenever I use something with Windows Media Player it never loads and I get a "Network Connection Unplugged" thing and my internet goes out for a few seconds.

and they don't appear to be in a downloadable format either. Which is unfortunate (for us), and probably deliberate.

That's what you said. Now let me simplify it so that the solution is apparent...

Working on it.

oh, I figured they kept it streaming so you couldn't easily stick it on youtube or some other copyright infringement deal.

What can I do? I've never heard of that happening. It does it on this computer, and then on my laptop which uses WinAmp it does the same thing. I don't understand it.

Probably, but if they did, that's silly. If someone does put it on YouTube it's just promoting LU football even further. Basically, it's an ad for the program. If it ends up on YouTube, worse things have happened.

Flip4Mac + Quicktime FTW. Contact me if interested.

Hmm. Not sure dude. WMP troubles are not my area of expertise. What version are you using?

I just upgraded to the newest version on Media Player. It's been doing this for a while, I just stopped trying to watch things that were streamed.

can you convert portions of video to gif with quicktime? I was thinking about doing that. I think you may be able to with photoshop.

Explain. You mean like grabbing stills from the video? Or making an animated gif file?

I believe this can be done.

I'll add it to the weekend project list.

It doesn't matter what program I use (Quicktime, Real Player, WinAmp, iTunes, Media Player), the internet connection always does the same thing.

Who am I kidding? I needed something to do until 5 anyway.

So basically, if you want one of the clips animated, tell me which video it's from and at what point in the video it occurs. Names and numbers will also be helpful. I'll do as many as I can before they get annoying on the board. :)

Now that's what I'm talking about!

Although a part of me doesn't like seeing a QB in Bengals gear getting destroyed ... but its a very, very small part.

Let me perfect it and I'll fill you in completely. I've even got an idea of how to integrate 'em right into signatures. Stay tuned.

I already know how to integrate them into signatures, that's why I'm asking how you got it from the video to the gif.
