A Sea Of Red

Some faculty friends and I are going to Hancock tomorrow morning to buy our season tickets. They have a pretty good package deal for faculty, where we get football, both men's and ladies' basketball, wrestling, & indoor track season tickets, all for $45. And I hope that puts us in the new red seats for football. Anybody else already purchase their season tickets yet?

I got mine for Football Cider and I am in the Red seats and yes I did get the Staff discount which is a pretty sweet deal! I haven't done anything for Hoops yet since I will have a media pass and MRS SCAR won't be coming with me that much I don't think but we will see. I had season tickets last year for hoops just to help out the bottom line numbers a bit though. Cider, don't forget to ask Heather for tickets near us man. That is if you want to have some fun....Actually there is a possibility that I may not use those seats as I may be involved with the telecasts! I am not sure yet but I have to study and be ready just in case. Either way, it will just be great to get football season underway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scar, don't you guys stand up the whole game and paint your faces? I don't think I can do that sort of thing at my advanced age.

I think you have me mixed up with my hefty young friend from NC We cheer for sure but we do sit down. My knees couldn't handle standing the whole time...Remember we sit on the "baptist side".

Heck yes. There's no chance in Heck I'd sit on the Baptist side. I'd fall asleep. It's way too boring over there.

Send Danny Rocco an email and see who he agrees with. For that matter email every coach not named Steve Spurrier and you will get the same answer. You don't go for 2 in the 3rd quarter when you are up by 5 or 6. No one but you yahoos sitting with me that day would do that.

Yeah, I bought my tickets several weeks ago. I asked to get near Scar & co., but they said that section was filled to capacity already.

JC you didn't get with us? Man those tickets went fast! The atmosphere is going to be great this season even better than last I would say. BRING ON FOOTBALL SEASON!!!!!!!

After sitting with the Baptists, I think I'm going to return to the student side this next year.

heather and her husband moved to va. beach for job opportunities. my best to them both.

Thanks for posting that. I didn't feel it was my place to. Hillcats games will never be the same without Sammy running the scoreboard.

I have four blue saets but there were only a couple of places available with 4 together . Hopefully we will sell out ALL the blue and red seats. Can't wait to get this thing started. Cider will be traveling to Bill and Mary and Elon as well.
