As I was trolling through Florida prospects I saw a bunch of kids listing JU. The former Gator QB must be a really impressive recruiter to get all of these kids' attention with no scholies to offer.
Maag, 6-foot-1 and 180 pounds, also plays wide receiver on offense and baseball during the spring/summer, has the size, speed, production, and grades (3.5 GPA) to attract attention from various Division 1 schools. While he doesn't have any offers yet, several schools will likely stop by in May to evaluate him.
"Some of the schools I like right now are Georgia Tech, Southern Miss, Indiana, Ole Miss, and Pittsburgh," he said. "I'm looking for a school with a good combination of education and athletics."
