They also plan on painting the blue chairs to a darker blue so we're told.

Hey, I noticed they painted all of the building too. I don't believe we were updated about that. They're like tan or something. It's no brick but it will do I suppose. When are they gonna brick up the wall next to the field anyway?

I didn't notice until last week that the old fieldhouse, the press box, and the concessions on the student side were painted. They repainted everything that was navy into the white/tan.
Also, the uprights have been painted white.

That's a base coat. They'll put on the NCAA-mandated neon yellow right before the season.

That sucks. The white looks better.

NCAA-mandated neon yellow
And all these years I had been blaming Karcher for that, thinking it was an NFL Europe color. 'Sorry coach.

was I the only one screaming for pictures?

What are you complaining about?
Just think of it as a booster seat.

and no, not complaining- I actually had the same thought
"good, now I'll be 2 inches higher than those saps in the section next to me. Suckers"

They actually look really good from the road. Makes it look less high school.

Super, have you tried one on for size, to see how you fit in them? I hope they are more durable than what they look like in the pic.

If some of the events of the past couple of days went as planned, no one would confuse Williams Stadium as a high school field for much longer (unless they are from Texas). Stay tuned.

Can we get one row a different color for old time sake? (vines)
What ya think Smooth?

dude you had to go there! i had almost forgot about that one row. anybody up for "removing it"...maybe a little recon mission??

as long as they're more durable than the chairs in the Vines we'll be ok. I guess those break a lot because they're used 3 times a week vs maybe 15-20 events a year in The Bill.

Could Sly be teasing us with a Jumbotron rumor? Either that, or we are getting some longhorns for the entrance.

Around LU they call that a Midnight Req
I think that row is a metaphor for us as Christians....we are surrounded by those that are different?
Finally it makes since! I'm trying here to just find some reasoning

Hmmmm, what could you be referring to??? Perhaps would it be the luxury boxes have been installed? Or something we have yet to hear about?

I had an office chair for a couple of years that was part of a midnight requisition.
