Its not looking good for us right with him liking his hometown school and some I-A/FBS schools:

Currently three schools are standing out for Gilbert.

"It's probably Richmond, Maryland, Virginia Tech and Clemson if they offer," he said. "I liked Richmond on the visit.

It's hard to compete with those schools--even so, it's a "moral" victory to know that you can compete with some of the "big boys" though.

Penn State & BC haven't offered yet and the other I-A/FBS schools are still listed as favorites. He just is showing some love to his hometown FCS school with the big boys.

"It's pretty much down to East Carolina, Maryland and Virginia Tech," Gilbert said. "I went to East Carolina's game against UNC, so right now I'm just going to take in a couple of other games. I'm thinking I'll go to the Virginia Tech-UNC game this weekend then the Maryland-Georgia Tech game the weekend right after that."
