Other transfers

I noticed on our spring roster there are some transfers from other Div 1AA and Div 2 teams. I just wanted to know if they are legit or not. They do seem to have some size but can find no information on these guys. Are they eligible this year or do they have to sit out. Here are the names:
65 Tim Hartman OL R-So. 6-4 340 Chester, Va./Thomas Dale (Concord)
99 Isaac Oglesby (WO) LB R-So. 6-3 240 Terre Haute, Ind./Cathedral (Indiana State)
41 Chris Spinner LB So. 6-2 245 Bedford, Va./Liberty (Tennessee-Martin)

My guess is they are probably walk-ons. The more the merrier as far as I'm concerned.

If that's Concord in WV, I pretty sure that's an NAIA or D2 college, at best, not D1AA--WV doesn't have a D1AA program in the whole state, since
Marshall moved up to D1A several years ago--the last year West Virginia had D1AA team,
Randy Moss was still playing for the
HERD (which is here playing baseball against the Flames this weekend).

Concord is D2, part of the WVIAC conference.

We all know Concord all too well afte rnearly being embarassed by them two years ago in the season opener. My stomach is groaning just thinking about that day.
