2007 Homecoming vs. Presbyterian

Now that we know the date, I'm curious to see who will be showing up. For the record, Mrs. Sly & I are planning on making the flight at this point.
As for PC, I have a feeling their fans who make the trip to Lynhcburg are going to be in for a reality check in Division I athletics. We'll have that place packed and our team won't make their day any easier.

I was going to go but I don't like the fact that we are playing Presbyterian. I would rather see us play a team that I could relate to more. I might go the the Coastal game but Presbyterian really wouldn't motivate me to come down.

Williams Stadium is less than five miles from my house. If I'm not there, I suck at life.

It would probably be just Mrs. Sly & yours truly. Travelling in the midst of the school year with three small chidren would be pure insanity.

I live five and a half hours away from Lynchburg so it is kind of tough especially with family responciblilities and more weekend activities. For those reasons I would have to be that more motivated and that would be based on LU's performance and playing good competition. I would not consider Presbyterian to be good competition yet.

6+ hrs for me (unless I drive SCAR-speed) but you're missing the point:
this is an opportunity for you to spend quality time with ME

I see what you are saying and I want to be there but you know me and what I have to say about crappy scheduling. There is a good possibility that I will be at the Coastal game only since they made the playoffs last season.

Plan on making all the home games and the W&M game as well. I plan on making my reservations in Williamsburg in the next couple of days.
