Sene in the draft?

This has probably gone up already, but ESPN.com has Sene on their draft ticker thingy. That gives me a couple questions: What is the likelyhood he gets drafted, and does that mean Manny is not in the draft?

I haven't seen Manny listed anywhere on drfat boards. But i woudl assume he gets a free agent invite to an NFL camp.

Hampton has 5 potential draft picks according to ESPN, and they could all be selected by the fifth round

by the way for all you NFL network subscribers, the combine starts/started this week. I think the real action start this saturday.

If he gets drafted does that mean he definately won't return to LU. I heard a rumor that he might have 1 more year of eligibility remaining which I thought was not possible.

The Combine workouts begin tomorrow. The linemen are up first followed by the RBs and the QBs take centerstage Sunday. The event runs through midweek.

That is great to hear. Our O-Line is shaping up very well now. Steve was one of our most improved players last year and it is nice to see that he will be on next years team.

Great to hear! Big South watch out for us next year!

When was the last time we headed into a season with the O-Line considered a major strength?

I admit I was surprised to hear then news on Double-S so quickly form the NCAA. Sometimes these appeals can run into the summer. But its fantastic news & timing.

Medical hardship. You get five years to play four and Steve had lost one of those four to injury.

'02 Redshirted at South Carolina (DNP)
'03 Played at South Carolina
'04 Injured in preseason at JuCo (DNP)
'05 Played at Liberty
'06 Played at Liberty

'07 One more go-round on the mountain

For the record, this is bigger than any transfer news IMHO.

It is almost like getting another transfere since I had him gone.

if there were a FCS fantasy league, I'd take a certain LU running back ASAP. I think he'll have some decent gaps to hit.
