Anyone else hear him??? He was on for about 20 minutes. He did a great job representing LU Football and Liberty University. It's no wonder why everyone loves this guy. Everything was about "WE" have done this and "WE" have done that....how the administration is doing everything first class. Never took credit himself. He talked about how great of an opportunity it was for student athletes to come to a christian university and how they are up front and honest with all recruits about the standards they must maintain to stay. He didn't just talk about the football program either. He talked about the new dorms, the hockey arena and the student center. Greg Roberts closed by saying there is more buzz around Liberty University football this past year than there has been in the last decade combined. I'm not a big fan of Greg Roberts, but he gave Rocco the opportunity to reach out to elite local athletes. This could do wonders for keeping the local talent in the 'burg.

Cool. We need more spotlight coaches like that.

this was a great interview. coach rocco really hyped the school's growth and the FOC. he talked about the transfers coming in, and he also said that he wants LU to be thought of even when a player is looking at ACC schools, because he knows and wants to sell what this program and LU are all about.
