First, don't believe the rumors about Terry for he's 110% happy at Liberty and also, our family is too. There was a poster from Murphy, N.C. and I've been giving to them fans for years now and they're upset because his HS (Elkin) has won 4 Titles in 5 years. Anyways, the poster is upset and made a username with my name in it.

Back to Terry, he was highly recruited out of HS and the plan was to attend Prep School and his choices were down to NC State and Florida State. However, he took the visit to Liberty and was comfortable...liked everything about the University and being that Coach Rocco and him had developed a great relationship while he was at UVA made things easier. He stepped foot on the campus and called me with the following words...."I like it here and you think I should give Coach Rocco my verbal"?...these were his exact words! Also, with Zach Terrell there, this too played a role in him wanting to play at Liberty.

We cannot wait for him to hit the field and many will soon see why he was so highly recruited out of HS. What makes it even better is that Terry has been a Christian/active in his church since a young man and we believe God has a plan for him. Would like to see the younger brother (Frankie Adams/MVP State Title game this year) play at LU but we have to see.

Hope to meet/see some of you fellas at the games this year!

Why is Terry so special. No disrespect, I just have no idea who he is. Can somone please fill me in.

He was just a really good HS football player on a multiple state-championship winning team who was recruited by about half of the ACC schools and in the end decided to come to Liberty.

That's all.

He red-shirted last season and there was some fracas on here about him staying at LU, which turned out to be a load. I'm just hoping that after all the videos, posts and talk that he'll have the season he has the potential to have. I don't say that to put any pressure on anyone, but just because I'd truly like to see it.

He's an LB but I don't know which position.

He's probably going to end up on the outside. With Stevie Ray and Brandon Duke covering the middle, Terry should have plenty of room to roam.
