Anyone know of Jamey Chadwell's connection to Oklahoma?

Not saying he was interviewing for anything of course. Just didn't expect to see him there.

I don't think Venables is on the hot seat there in Norman, but their offense has been struggling... Hard to think he would leave a head coach gig to go be an OC somewhere. Maybe he was doing some recruiting in the area?

That makes some sense. Obviously a very fun game to attend if you have a bye week and the ability to go. Don't think there's any smoke at all on the coaching front.

For the record, I had some ancestors (French immigrants) who tried to follow the rules in the Land Rush of 1889. But a bunch of low lifes got their Sooner. Glad my family didn't wind up taking advantage of that atrocity.

HCJC was on the Group of 5 Guys podcast yesterday. Was a really good interview I thought.

If anybody doesn’t know this podcast is only about group of 5 football. I listen to every episode. Well worth checking out…both HCJC interview and the show in general.
