As you can imagine, it starts out on page 12 with a lot of enthusiasm and confidence. Some of my favorite comments...
> Lol. What is this even. Have we ever started a game this well?
> Great start, now let’s play some solid defense.
Then it starts to get a little cocky and arrogant...
> We are sending a message. We have graduated from CUSA.
> I'm going to hold full excitement until the clock hits 0:00, but good lord this feel good to be dominated them like this haha
Then fans begin to signal concern...
> this game is FAR from over and frankly....if ODU does not keep their foot on the gas WKU will come back. We fully capitalized on WKU's mistakes, but we have to not let them gain momentum.
> Their QB is perfect so far and that is troubling.
> Well...you can feel it ! This game is not going to end well. Typical Monarch fashion we will need to hopefully just survive. Why can't we simply finish a complete game. WKU scores here it is not good. BAD Offensive call to throw that ball long on 3rd down. Ugh....
> The monarchs can’t play with a lead, that was a true statement
Then they start blaming the refs...
> Bad call...let's see if we get the same type of PI call. Also...there had to be a pick to get 17 that open across the middle.
> Are the refs even going to call a penalty on WKU?!?!
> WKU is getting every call.
> At this point, they are getting imaginary calls.
Then full panic mode...
> So, we gonna ODU this thing? (Blow it)?
> Will some one please ******* tackle
> Another 3 and out. This loss will be on the offense. Inexcusable that they couldn't move the chains.
> We were snapping the ball with 20-30 seconds left on the clock in the middle of the third quarter up 14 points. There should be about 4 minutes left in this game if we had a clue about using the clock!
> It was almost like foreshadowing at halftime. Trevor Matich Was talking about how WKU would put make this a game in the second half. Throw in the questionable officiating and you have a 7 point game.
> This is quite literally the worst officiating I have ever seen.
> Could see this coming from the 2nd quarter.
Saw on ESPN this morning that ODU had a 99% win probability and managed to lose this game. Amazing!
