Are you sure you're not thinking of the coach they had before chadwell? He was the former CEO at TD Ameritrade before taking the coastal job. I believe he has donated a lot to their program.

That was Joe Moglia. Current coach is Tim Beck, hired in December. He was the OC at NC State. I doubt he's funding the program out of his own pocket

Only a handful of single individuals have elevated a Program at any level like him. Pretty cool story no matter your views on the Beach Chickens.
