Hoping the Duck Dynasty family gets tickets for this game! Phil or Willie or John Luke could open the game in prayer.

After attending 1 game.
I need tickets for all the games.
Looks like my booster level goes up big time cause nothing will be donated unless it goes to the Flames Club.
dang, my family and I love Liberty football and want to be there for a Top 25 potential this year.
Scalp me three tickets for this game PLEASE
Seriously .... I call dibs an anyone selling three tickets!
This might be the time I try club level but I want to try the lower levels first. All the pics I see advertising club level looks like we would get dirty looks for being loud fans? But a boy has got to do what a boyshast to do.

Georgia Southern would be 3-0 except for a 2 point loss to #19 Louisiana. Louisiana Monroe lost to GS by only 5 points despite giving up a blocked punt for a touchtown. Furthermore Louisiana Monroe QB was tackled inches from goal as time ran-out that would have given GS the lose. LU had better be ready for this game.

Respectfully, comparing scores are not very important, for several reasons. I agree that we need to be better prepared for this team. They could be very competitive.

Flameshaw,
I am glad to hear the club seats are not stuffy. We may call and see how we can try them for fit. We did see the folks around the stadium and after the game we conducted a recon. My wife and I could do it. Amber said she did not like the view. At my height there were corners missed and I would need to stand the entire game. i am sure Amber's view is a bit less than mine. How much of that is that she wants in the stadium? We lose our fandom here as we are not willing to take the five hour drive to experiment with her.
We did the blue seats this time around and they have me wanting to raise boosting just so I can get an early pic. Why boost you say? At 6'4" the front row of the blue gives great leg room. The last time and only time we tried the blue seats I thought they were uncomfortable and small. Knowing we were in the again for the first time I did not take my sidearm into the game and it is funny how much better I fit without a .45 strapped to my hip.
I have no doubt my wife would love the club. Maybe that is why I have not tried yet. Momma likes and I cave. She would love the warmth and dry options for some games. Amber makes friends quickly so I am sure she would be fine. Well, looks like I am the stick in the mud here. Hearing it is not stuffy I will call and inquire how we can get a taste for a game. Thanks for the input.

i think this one will be tight for awhile. Better redzone play and it could be a blowout. ULM is improving a bit, especially against ga. southern. we cant let them hang around.

Their run D numbers are below par. We will run away with this one .... take the over.

If we play like we can it should be a double digit win. If we keep missing chip shot field goals, dont convert tds in red zone and allow explosive plays then it will be a close one and we will have to sweat it out again.

I haven't had time to get my scouting report on ULM yet, but my initial thoughts are "get pressure" on the QB. Force him into bad decisions.

Anybody heard yet whether ULM might be leaving earlier to come to Lynchburg? Delta continues barreling its way toward Acadiana and Friday should be a mess being on the dirty side of the hurrricane if that is when they plan to leave.

Damien said it wasn't mentioned in their press conference earlier this week, but that was before this thing ballooned into what it is now. It's the fastest growing storm on record.

It looks like the path will be very similar to Laura back in August but not as strong. Friday should be a mess weather-wise in Louisiana and Monroe will miss the heavy part of the storm but could have aircraft grounded on the dirty side.

We have friends in Cancun that experienced Wilma 15 years ago. People from the resort areas were moved to shelters last night. When it hit landfall this morning, it was down to a Category 3 and there was a lot of relief that it was not stronger. Hopefully, it loses momentum as it returns to the gulf.

Got a little nervous when I saw that the hurricane moved LSU/Missouri to noon time slot and ESPN said that game would be broadcast on “a to-be-determined ESPN product”. Immediate thought was that we are probably the “weakest link” and ESPN shuffling games would likely bump LU off ESPNU.
Then saw that the noon ULL game intended for ESPN2 is now postponed, so hopefully that creates space for LSU/Missouri and we are safe.
Go Flames!

Some highlights from the ASOR crew for Saturday's matchup
CRASH COURSE: LOUISIANA-MONROE WARHAWKS
By: Bret Jones
Coming off three consecutive wins to start the 2020 season, Liberty football will look to improve to 4-0 in a home matchup against the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks.
2019 was a season of heartbreaks for ULM. ULM lost nail biters to Florida State, Arkansas State, and Louisiana: a team that trounced Liberty in week two. The Warhawks finished 2019 with a record of 5-7 in 2019, and the team is off to a 0-4 start to 2020.
5 KEYS FROM THURSDAY’S HUGH FREEZE PRESS CONFERENCE
By: Jon Manson
ULM MUST TRAVEL AMID HURRICANE DELTA
“Ian (McCaw) does a phenomenal job of always communicating with the other teams with issues like that. I’m quite sure we would be accommodating in whatever ways would help them, if that’s needed. I really haven’t heard anything other than Ian and I talk and, obviously, that’s a concern, but I haven’t heard any reason that it’s a concern I need to be involved with. I know Ian and them will accommodate them any way we can.”

LIBERTY-ULM MOVED ESPN2
By: Jon Manson
Liberty’s game this Saturday against Louisiana-Monroe has been moved from ESPNU to ESPN2. The game is still scheduled for a Noon kick.
This will be the first ever time a Liberty football game has been televised on ESPN2. Saturday’s game will be the third time in the early season the Flames have appeared on national television as the season opener at Western Kentucky and the home opener against Florida International were both televised by ESPNU.

We need to put a butt whoopin on ULM and then maybe the Syracuse game will get picked up by one of the ESPN's or at least regular ACCN.

Understood that this is due to game inventory still being extremely low; but still - We'll take it!
