A Sea Of Red

I want to see fast,fast,fast all first half. Open up this offense and go. We have 2 weeks rest and UVA offense is methodical ( often ugly ) but effective. If we can get up 2 scores it makes them panic and throw more. These guys are laser focused on VT and LU loss means nothing to them ( even their fan base message board claims an LU loss is worth a vT win. We can score on these guys this year. Last chance for a P5 win - throw out all the stops and let’s get it.

Seeing the Virginia message boards, to say their fans are looking past us would be an understatement. They view us basically as warm-up for Virginia Tech. Being that their secondary has a lot of guys out, I think we have a chance in this game. Their QB, while athletic and very talented, can be a little hot and cold. Old Dominion stayed in the game for a long time vs. them and they barely beat a bad Georgia Tech team.

They are so hung up on beating VT, there's a good chance they will over look Liberty. Our defense needs to focus on stopping Perkins. he needs to be "hit" on every play. In their last game, I believe he ran or threw the ball on 56 total plays. DBs need to not let Joe Reed get open. Boo hoos are limited as to what they do on offense. They run basically a "dink & doink" offense.
This is a game we can win.
