Their final score with Penn State was deceiving. They were actually leading at halftime. I see this as another "Louisianna" type of game.

I watched Penn State / Buffalo and Liberty /UL side by side. Jack Sparrow is right. Don't let Buffalo's final score fool you. That game was a dog fight for 2/3 of the game. If it wasn't for a spirit-breaking pick-6 in the 3rd quarter, this would have been a close game even longer. Despite the eventual lop-sided score, Buffalo dominated the possession the clock and outgained Penn State.
They have strong line play on both sides of the ball. They have a nice QB and they ran the ball pretty convincingly on a B10 defense. Their defense stopped the run, so strong QB play will be needed to move the ball on their D.
Notes: they lost their punter to a gruesome Theismann-like leg break. They may have also lost their TE, not sure.

If you're an ASOR Club member, there's an interesting nugget in today's rumor mill. Don't want to post it since it's behind a paywall.

According to their sites the State University of New York is coming in banged up. If that really makes a difference.

According to the press conference tweets, Freeze is going all in on his support for Calvert.

It seems like he feels like part of the problem is he can't look him in the eye and figure out what is going on in his head. I am sure there is some validity to that. He has never coached from the booth and being the people person that he is, I am sure it has negatively impacted some things. Which of course goes back to our speculation as to if having him in the booth is more of a liability than an asset,

Has anyone cracked the code on the best way to get to the yellow lot (next to the bookstore) from 460W? Since I could not turn left in front of the stadium (roadblock), we ended up having to loop around LCA and all the way around the old dorm circle to get to it from the west via University Blvd. There has to be a better way. Any thoughts?

The tunnel entrance is your best bet. Coming up Ward's Rd from 460 gets most vehicles in through that light.

Coming from Richmond, would you go past the school on 460W to Ward's Rd to get to tunnel? Or get off Candler's and take the left onto Ward's Rd?

Go past the school to turn onto Wards going north. The right turn lane will put more cars on campus than Harvard on the hill or turning left from Wards heading south.
In theory you could exit at Candlers and turn to TRBC and do that route intentionally, I'm not sure how that traffic would look though.

I so appreciate HCHF's transparency with the media. I know this has been said before but I really do respect him for that.
I also appreciate the loyalty he is showing Buckshot as a former high school quarterback it makes you want to practice, prep and compete that much harder when your coach shows loyalty. Having some time to think about the last two weeks there were improvements in Buckshot's play from week 1 to week 2 as there were also noticeable problems that occurred in back to back weeks. This whole forum family has one thing in common when it comes to Buckshot, opinions. They come hard and fast at either the head coach or the QB when the season starts in a disappointing fashion. Here is my 2 cents: none of us have the coaching ability and insight like HCHF and if he believes in Buck and sees potential to fix the issues of the last two week then I am good with that. It is so easy to play arm-chair quarterback and as fans we do that well(myself included)

. All I am getting at is for us to let things play out and trust HCHF with his decision making. If JB ever gets the starting nod this year then we know it was time.

Can anyone give any more info on this new development? I definitely don't have $84 just to read what this rumor is.

It's not $84 for a rumor. Don't devalue the work he is doing like that.
Honestly the value of the membership is there and probably exceeds what were paying. The articles and access are fantastic. The daily curation of every relevant article. The rumor mill is near 90-95% accuracy too!
I do think the club should have a $10/month CONTRACT for a year.
