I believe Freeze had Co-defensive coordinators in 2016. I have never thought having Co-coordinators was good idea.

I was looking at Grant Heard's twitter and first thing I noticed was his picture of Isaiah 53 and his tweet with that picture was solid!

Saw a lot of pictures of him and his players and you can tell like Gill he loves his players. Plus, Indiana's offense has been pretty good over the last few years in their passing game.

I am 100% sold on Heard as OC. Plus, it seems like Dailey is going to be the next head coach over at Charleston Southern.

If that happens, it would likely mean jobs for at least a few other members of Gills staff.

Coach Dailey also applied for the open position at McNeese State before they hired Sterlin Gilbert, the OC at the University of South Florida. Given the sanctions the NCAA imposed on Charleston Southern, do you think that's still a desirable place to be?

Freeze’s staff of 10 assistant coaches should take shape after the early signing period on Dec. 19.

“I’m going to meet with everyone. I’m not going to be in a hurry. … I just believe I need to get to know them, see what kind of job they’ve done, do my investigative work into their body of work, then make decisions,” Freeze said. “ … I have some guys that I really trust in that I know can help us win and that’s the reality of this profession.”

Given the fact that it is a D1 HC position and he is soon to be unemployed, I´m gunna say yes on that, even though they likely pay less for the HC than he made as OC at Liberty.

Random paranoia.
I'm wondering since we pulled in an assistant for the D and nothing higher if Hugh is having problems getting the other coaches he wants with him.

I have found it truly fascinating how much anxiety everything around the hiring of Coach Freeze seems to have caused among our fan base. It reminds me of the person who goes from broke to rich and is miserable bc all they worry about is losing their money.
I can see your feels on that.
Really it was just a question on a passing thought.
