Robert Wimberly said earlier this week the second half has been the team's Achilles' heel this season compared to in years past. I did a deep dive to look into that, and at the end of the game preview there is a spreadsheet with first- and second-half defensive stats all the way back through 2012.

The east is the student side, correct? If so they may need to police the students a bit more because they were pouring into the reserved sections on that side for the ODU game. It didnt matter since a ton of them weren't sold but just an observation.

First nice Saturday and they are playing a good opponent. If this doesn't get us close to a record crowd then I'm not sure what to say about our fan base.

Just wish we were going in 3 and 2 as well, but I agree.
This may be our last shot to fill it. If we get tromped, I don't think homecoming is a big enough draw to overcome a 2/4 record and FCS.
