Looks like a few are drinking the same substance as me.
I do see a lot of potential in this team.
I felt for a some time we were not a fourth quarter team and after hearing the coaches state the obvious that we gave up I was almost reinforced.
The primary game I recall is Coastal at home when we were whoooooping them and I think they won in overtime ... all lost in the 4th quarter.
So, every fourth quarter melt down reinforced that sunken feeling.
I did some quick research of this years games and our last three years and it turns out we have played our competition essentially even in the 4th quarter over time. Keep in mind I did not factor in many variables such as what string was playing just score and yardage.
This reinforced my Kool-Aid consumption that there is hope.
Probably does not help that I am not a big fan of the spread, but we have done well.
I just want better and I think we can string two wins out of the next two weeks.
If not, then I may turn back to the dark side.
