Ballcoach, the Herd won TWO I-AA national championships in 1992 & 1996. Once they went FBS in 1997, they went to 13 bowl games, winning 11 of them.

Fair enough. Couple of years I can see it. Replacing Buckshot and an O Line will be key

Replacing TG and staff will be the key. McCaw is pretty much in a no lose situation when it comes to finding a much better coach. Getting lucky and finding the next Sean McVay will really speed up the process.
Mediocre coaches have mediocre/bad teams. They never have consistent, good/great teams.
