It is actually ASUN expansion not BSOUTH but they would play football in the big south as a affiliate

That will be nice road trip from Lynchburg to UNA. 9 hours 38 minutes. But any trip to Alabama is a good trip.

I hope one day LU goes to Tuscaloosa, AL.

Bama known for scheduling a FCS school right before the Iron Bowl. It was UTC this year, Charleston Southern last year, and Western Carolina the year before that. Not sure if Liberty would want to play them that late in the season.

Alabama coming to Lynchburg would be nice. That would be nice. But we need to go there first.

I recall Bear Bryant flying into Lynchburg back in med 70s to visit E.C. Glass. I believe he was recruiting Mickey Fitzgerald .
