Liberty has offered Lozano in advance of his visit this weekend.

The only slight surprise is that supposedly we have been full at OL since this summer. Either that means we are planning on using one of our supposed on OL commits on the defensive side or we might have a late OL decommit. Of course that is purely guessing on my part.

Sly, I thought that Damien Bonds Jr. was coming in on the Defensive side of the ball? I see he was listed as an OL but it seems either way he could be moved or even Lozano could be moved to that side to fill a need. I am very excited about this class! I am of course upset about Harvey and Camp but hopefully the coaching staff have found solid replacements. Looks like a very strong class regardless. Looking forward to seeing what transpires this weekend and on signing day.

I really expect Bounds to end up on defense.

Decarlo hamilton is the wild card. This kid played some tackle in high school. We might be looking at him for a D tackle spot.

Might redshirt him to put some weight on?

I doubt it. JUCOs are typically signed to contribute right out of the gate.

The tweet from LibertyFootball specifically referred to Lozano as an offensive tackle. I still think it will be Bounds who ends up on D.

definitely will add some depth across the O-line

We have almost an entire offensive line unit committed with this class with 4 linemen coming in. We will be very young across the front. According to my calculations, we will have 13 players that will be either freshmen, redshirt freshmen or sophomores in 2016 with the 4 players coming in (possibly 5 but looks like Bounds will play defense). I really expect this to be a highly cohesive unit when these guys are juniors or seniors
