Yes do the jobs of the recruiters for them. We are the experts.

I'm not saying do the job for them. I'm saying, if you feel that strongly about a player, it wouldn't hurt to send them a note. If he signs, great. If he doesn't, that's fine too. If they never offer him, that's on them. If they never know about him...that's not their fault

don't have to be an expert to know talent and possibly what they could be looking to add.
how do you know that just because I shared the link with others here I wasn't asked to find something or someone they may not have put their eyes on.
