Apparently Korrell played with Buckshot Calvert last year before transferring. Probably won´t hurt us in recruiting him.

This kid is TOUGH. Lots of video of him on defense playing DE. I´m not talking about a standup wide end in some crazy defense either. 4 man line, 3 point stance lined up against the big hogs in the OL, and at 180 he was getting after it.

Didn't even have to watch the whole film, can just about bet this kid will be at that new spur position or line backer. One thing you cant teach is HEART.

This kid would be a steal for us! Diamond in the rough as some would say.

Nice pickup...we will be very good across the formation ...young...but I see a few guys that can take the top off a defense the next few years

Apparently a late bloomer like a couple of our other recent commits.

If memory serves correctly, we were the only school to offer for Seth Curry out of high school.

When you see apparently conflicting height/weight numbers like those it's usually because one set is out of date. Since 16-18 year old HS kids don't often shrink, I would go with the higher numbers.

The original post (12/3/15) had the smaller ht/wt and less that two weeks later(12/15/15 post per Flames Nation) he grew 2 inches and put on 40 pounds The last post certainly makes him LB/DE material.

I actually heard a little girl @ 5-6 years old coming out of church yesterday tell her mommy that she believed that if you don't pray at night at bedtime then you would shrink

I think it's probably safe to say that the person who made the post on 12/3 didn't weigh or measure Korell. They likely used numbers from a site like Rivals, Scout or 247, which in a lot of cases are never updated from the time the players profile is first created. Looking at his video, the things he was doing in the trenches look more like a player who is 220 as opposed to 180.

Another swing player signed by Wimbo; could be LB or DE. We'll have to see how he develops, grows. We've been using a lot of these type guys all over the field in our nickel package. Love recruiting inroads in Broward County.
