A Sea Of Red

Dr. Falwell having the dream of producing a high quality football program at good ole LU. Over the last few seasons I have often thought how proud Dr. Falwell would be of the athletic department at LU and specifically the football program being led by such a Godly man in HCTG. Thankful for the direction the program is heading.

Im thankful for Coach Gill as well

Im also thankful for a loud and passionate fanbase that keeps coming and packing Williams Stadium each and every Saturday the Flames are in town and cheered them on to 5 wins this year, and brings a sea of red everywhere it goes from Morgantown to Myrtle Beach and everywhere in between

Im also thankful for a fresh start in 2016. We have a bunch of young, hungry and talented players coming back at a number of positions, and some very talented players coming in in this signing class with two whole months still to go before NSD to pick up a few more.

Im thankful for this senior class we sent off with a victory last Thursday night. Yes they disappointed this year after taking us to our first playoff appearance and win last year, but they gave us plenty to cheer about in their 4-5 years on the mountain and Im thankful for the part they played in advancing Liberty football.

I am thankful that we BEAT COASTAL.

That we are coming to Texas the next two seasons!

HCTG as well as our wonderful mission. I am so blessed I went to LU.
