Since we have ideas being bantered about in a couple other threads, lets see if we can put our collective heads together and come up with a fitting nickname. I have ranted and ridiculed the Hummer idea, and since I am a solutions oriented guy, here goes.
THE BEAST

Think of the possibilities:
#3--The mark of THE BEAST
Watch out for the mark of THE BEAST (and have a poster of someone with cleat marks).
Students could go to games with the number 3 stamped on their foreheads--proudly displaying the mark of THE BEAST
Pass out lanyards with a big #3 so everyone can wear the mark of THE BEAST.

Wow, that's just bad. I expect more out of you.

As funny as writing a giant #3 on the heads of students, not many outside of LU would get it.

That's where you get the t-shirts printed up to explain.

Seriously, I know THE BEAST idea won't fly, but it sure beats the Hummer.

"THE HUMMER"??? cmon...who gave him that?? at pitt many called him "baby bus".....i will call him anything but "the hummer"
