Parking for WVU game

Parking passes became available yesterday for the WVU game in Morgantown. There are four lots to choose from, Burgundy and Green lots at $40; Gold and Purple at $20.00
A few of us have already purchased for the Green lot as it seems closer to the stadium but Gold may be easier to get out of after the game. The lots opens at 7:00 a.m. and is first come, first serve. Tailgating allowed...
You can order parking passes and/or view a map of the parking prior by going online at
www.wvugame.com or by calling 1-800-WVU-GAME
You can save the $2.00 ordering fee by calling direct; however there is also an additional $4.00 charge to mail the parking pass to your address.
Go Flames!!

You'll wait at least an hour to get out. Just accept that fact and don't be in a hurry
The past few times I've went (although it's been 3 years) there's a chick fil a nearby where you pay a $10 donation and it's about .75 mile of a walk or so to the stadium.

Does WVU burn couches after ALL games or only after wins?

I think they burn them just to keep warm up there. It's what they do.

Keep those WVU jokes coming!
But use small words for the Marshall grads so they can understand!
Only after big wins. I think your RV is safe

From someone who went to two games last year at wvu. Be prepared for awful traffic and parking.

WVU will not draw a huge crowd for the game against Liberty, curious to which games you went to last season.

Went to Baylor and tcu games. Been to over 20 wvu games my life. Traffic is awful for any game. It's just how it is there. Could only have 30k and the traffic would be bad. Wvu will draw around 55k for the game. They had 56k against Towson last year with not many Towson fans. Plus its the game they offer family packages along with liberty fans traveling well bodes well for a well attended game.

He's right. Traffic is always bad. It's because of the topography of the city. Best way in and out is Route 7 off of I-68.
He's right about attendance, too. Liberty is going to travel reasonably well, and family packages always get gobbled up.
I've been to at least 60 WVU football games, more if we include away and bowl games. Kind of ridiculous when I step back and think about it...

I'm just glad the game is at 3:00pm. That leaves enough time to make it back to Goode, VA after!!
