I've been waiting for you die hards to let me know who the newest commit from Georgia is! You guys are falling asleep at the wheel or their is some other interesting news out there regarding Liberty that we should be aware of:)

We have a commit from GA, OL Ethan Crawford, but that´s pretty old news. If there is another one, I haven´t heard about it. Was this one of those cryptic tweets from an assistant coach?

It was a tweet from Liberty Football two or three days ago. It is a commitment from a "big hitter out of GA". So it sounds like a defensive player not Ethan.

I heard the Lama was a big hitter. Didn't know he was in GA. .......

I've been on vacation at Yellowstone/Tetons followed by a business trip to Seattle the past couple of weeks. So I have been ou of the loop. But I don't see anything publicly announced by a commit from Georgia.

Nothin from my end that I can see. I'll do some digging.

Agreed olldflame...has the height to go toe to toe with the bigger receivers and the speed to stay step for step on verticals, but also to close on the ball and lay some serious lumber. Looking forward to seeing this kid's highlights from this fall and seeing him come across on signing day next February

Too early to attribute some early recruiting wins to last years successes? Seems like 3 pretty good committs early. I only remember 1 early commit (this time of year) most years.

I think you are on to something Jinxy. Feels like an uptick to me.

Just what we need in our DB's... length and a killer instinct. I hope this kid's a shredder like we're being led to believe.

Last year was an exception to the rule, but we generally have a half a dozen commits by the time the fall rolls around. We usually pick up a few during prospect camp each summer. Last year was strangely quiet but we are hearing more this summer.

I would like to def see somemore defensive highlights, looks like there is some deceptive speed at least from the offensive side of the ball. Would def like to see some footage of the lumber that is to be laid. Another solid pickup with his height and size

That last name is Bounds. One Bonds was enough for a while.

I´m going to guess his profile info is outdated, because 6´2¨ 250 certainly does not make us bigger in the OL as Stam and Wagner´s tweets suggested.

And apparently we picked up 2 more today! Can´t wait to hear who they are, but I suspect one is a QB. That makes 7. I don´t recall our ever getting this many this early before.

By process of elimination the other commit would be QB Stephen Calvert? He is from Miami and a QB.

He´s a 3 star prospect, and I´m pretty sure he participated in the 7 on 7 tournament we had a couple of weeks ago.

We have offered a slew of kids in South Florida. I seriously doubt that Buckshot is our other commitment from yesterday. It would be awesome if that were the case ... but I suspect it is someone else. I continue to scan the landscape for clues.

While we are looking, we landed another this morning. We now have our next long distance kicker!

I have to say that Gill and Company have put together a few really good recruiting classes in a row. This looks to be a really solid class and having this many commitments of this caliber this early is impressive. Like someone mentioned earlier win like we did last year again and this becomes the norm. There is a lot to fall in love with when you have winning football, great coaching staff, great facilities, addition of the performance center/indoor facility, and COA!!
